This project aims to establish a complete workflow for staining and analysing tissue sections with a novel quantitative multiplexing technology in which a molecular linker allows to reversibly bind a well-defined number of fluorochrome particles to any single antibody molecule and provide machine learning-based image cytometry including automated correlation analysis within an established tissue cytometry platform provided by TissueGnostics.
